According to the news, a gang kidnapped Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar for ransom and also beat him. Although Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar was later released, he has not contacted the police to file an FIR. The police have located and traced the gang, urging Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar to register an FIR against them.

Upon arriving, armed men stole his cash and watch and forced him to transfer 2.5 lakh rupees from his account. They then placed him in a car, repeatedly beat him, and eventually left him blindfolded in a deserted area.
