In a recent appearance on the show, Ali Abbas disclosed why he prefers not to work alongside his father, Waseem Abbas, on screen.

Talking about it, Ali said, “I try not to work with my father in the same drama, but if we get a chance to work together in a script, we’ve made a deal that we won’t look into each other’s eyes. In that case, we do a little bit of cheating. We recently did a serial together that had intense scenes, and it was quite difficult for me to act in front of him. I can’t do scenes with him because he has those big, expressive eyes, and it’s hard not to see him as my father rather than the character he’s playing. I have immense respect for my father, so I can’t argue with him on screen and otherwise.”
