Saheefa Jabbar Khattak recently joined Faysal Quraishi on his podcast *Pressure Buhat Hai*, where she revealed the sad reason behind her fitness journey.

Talking about it, she said, “I go to home. I take a bath and then go to sleep, it is so peaceful. I can’t go to gym. I am so fit because of my grief. I always remain in depression which is the biggest reason behind my smartness. I have been experiencing a long distance relationship, my husband is far away from me”

She further added, “He is such a nice husband but far away from me, this is another kind of pain one goes through in life. You have met my husband, he is a beautiful person”.
