Louis Van Gaal ‘Netherlands head coach & former Manchester United boss’ revealed his Prostate cancer

Louis van Gaal has revealed his prostate cancer, 70 years former Manchester head coach is due to lead his country for World Cup in Qatar later this year.

This 70 year old man made his admission on TV show on Sunday evening in Netherland called ‘Humberto’ for promotion of his new documentary about his life.

Louis said about his players “They don’t know. They see a blush on my cheeks and think, ‘what a healthy (person) that is’. That is of course not the case. I have been through a lot with illnesses, including with my own wife. So that’s just part of life.”

He further said for his players that: “(I) as a human being have probably become richer because of all those experiences. I thought that should also be in the film.”

Gaal to position or charge as Netherland’s boss for 3^rd time in August 2021, while having previously let them to a third-placed end at World Cup 2014.

After a disappointing Euro 2020 campaign where the Dutch exited in the last-16 he replaced Frank de Boer, now he is due to lead country at World Cup 2022 happening at Qatar later this year.

Van was in charge at Manchester United between 2014 and 2016 before returning to the dugout with Netherlands. While he was dismissed by club and replaced with Jose Mourinho instead of leading them to FA Cup success in the final game of his tenure.

The United posted support message on their Twitter saying: “Everybody at Manchester United is fully behind our former manager, Louis van Gaal, in his battle against cancer. Sending you strength and courage, Louis.”

Gaal had also previously won league title with Ajax. In 1995, in Barcelona, AZ Alkmaar and Bayern Munich he also guided to Champions league glory
