Tiger Woods
The JP McManus Pro-Am at Adare Manor has welcomed Tiger Woods to a star-studded field.
The 15-time major champion will compete in the two-day event on 4th and 5th of July in the Republic of Ireland, less than two weeks before the Open Championship.
After completing 72 holes at the Masters in his competitive comeback, Woods announced his intention to play in the 150th Open at St Andrews.
14 months after a life-threatening car accident, he made a dramatic comeback.
The Pro-Am will feature an elite group of world-class golfers, including Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm, and Brooks Koepka, and will be hosted by famed Irish racehorse owner JP McManus.
It will be Woods’ fourth appearance at the charity event, which will be staged at the venue in County Limerick that will host the Ryder Cup in 2027.
“His presence at Adare Manor will definitely delight tens of thousands of onlookers,” McManus added.
“We owe him a huge debt of gratitude for giving up his leisure time to be with us.”
