Sourav Ganguly: “Indo-Pak clash for me its just another match”

Sourav Ganguly, Former Indian captain is sure that the Indian group will perform well in the mainland occasion.

Pakistan and India will conflict with one another in their Asia Cup 2022 opener on August 28 in Dubai.

“I am seeing it as the Asia Cup. I do not see any tournament like India vs Pakistan. When I used to be in my playing days, India vs Pakistan was just another match for me. I always looked to win the tournament,” Ganguly said.

“India are a decent group, and they have done very well lately, and ideally their group will give a decent exhibition in the Asia Cup too,” he said.

It is relevant to make reference to here that Pakistan whipped India in a 10-wicket win in last year’s ICC T20 World Cup in Dubai.
