During their most recent meeting, the PCB management committee discussed the subject of overdue payments for contracted players. Players under domestic contracts have voiced complaints about not getting paid for months.
The committee also discussed the issue of the Pakistan Junior League (PJL) players not being paid for their participation.
Ramiz Raja, who served as the league’s former chairman, came up with the idea for the PJL, but the league’s current management decided to scrap the idea when it reported significant losses.
