Imad Wasim, captain of Karachi Kings, expressed optimism for a successful start to the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 8, which started tomorrow.

Imad, the captain of the Kings, spoke with the media in this location on Monday in preparation for his team’s match against the Babar Azam-led Peshawar Zalmi. Imad wants his team to have the best possible start to their season in this year’s spectacular.

“We are optimistic of beating Peshawar Zalmi and will aim to write a winning start to our PSL season 8 campaign,” Imad stated.

The all-around athlete also thanked former Kings captain Babar and admitted that he provided the team with a lot of services. He also said that his remarks about player trades shouldn’t be interpreted negatively.

“It makes no difference whether the players arrive or go. “I believe my statement should not be interpreted negatively,” Imad requested.

“We’ll attempt to put together teams with the greatest players available since the PSL is very important to us,” he continued.

The Kings’ skipper went on to say that his team’s star bowler Mohammad Amir, who was unable to compete in the previous season of the PSL due to injury, will be a game-changer for the team.

“Amir sustained an injury in the prior season which upset our combination and hampered our campaign. But, this time, he’s fit and has been playing cricket all around the world, so he’ll be a big player for us,” he said.

The PSL’s eighth season will begin on February 13 in Multan with a lavish opening ceremony and a curtain-raiser game between the reigning champion Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans. This is an appropriate time to discuss this.

On the other side, The Kings will face Babar Azam’s Peshawar Zalmi in their inaugural game on February 14 at Karachi’s National Bank Cricket Arena.
