PSL 2023: Quetta Gladiators vs. Peshawar Zalmi On Monday, the Quetta Gladiators will face the Peshawar Zalmi at Karachi’s National Stadium. The match between Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi will begin at 7:00 PM IST.

Since the Quetta Gladiators brought in injured Ahsan Ali to replace Mohammad Hafeez, there have been no new injury updates.

Since then, the team has suffered a dismal loss to Multan Sultans and followed it up with a sizable victory over Karachi Kings.

They will take on Zalmi at the same location where they defeated Karachi, which will boost their confidence. Martin Guptill of New Zealand helped Quetta’s batting order get back on track by scoring 117 runs off 67 balls in the team’s most recent victory. Iftikhar Ahmed scored 27-ball 32 in an exhibition game before the PSL, during which he hit six sixes in one over.

The rest of the batting order, however, is still a cause for concern because the captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, Abdul Bangalzai, and Umar Akmal all had poor performances in consecutive two-inning innings. After scoring 18-ball 27 in the first game, Jason Roy also scored a nought and would like to start firing soon.

Naseem Shah has bowled well with an economical performance on a batting-inactive surface, giving away 35 runs in his last six overs. Muhammad Hasnain also took two wickets and scored a 20-ball 22 earlier in the game. Muhammad Nawaz and Qais Ahmed both took wickets in the previous game, preventing Karachi from scoring.
