PAK vs NZ: Kiwis will play 5 T20Is and 4 ODIs in April

• Pakistan Cricket Board has announced revised schedule.
• Karachi hosting four of the five One-Day Internationals.
• The matches will count towards the ICC Team Rankings.

After consulting with New Zealand Cricket (NZC), the Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the revised schedule for the upcoming home tour against the Kiwis.

Due to the General Elections in Punjab on April 30, the PCB has announced that matches will be played in the province prior to the election date.

The five-match T20I series will begin in Lahore and conclude in Rawalpindi. Karachi will host four of the tour’s five One-Day Internationals (ODIs).

From April 14 to 17, Lahore will host three Twenty20 Internationals. The final two T20Is and first ODI will be played in Rawalpindi from April 20-26. The final four One-Day Internationals (ODIs) will be played in Karachi from April 30 to May 7.

This is New Zealand’s second tour, and the matches will count towards the ICC Team Rankings. The ODIs will help Pakistan prepare for the ACC Asia Cup and the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023, while the T20Is will help the PCB continue their rebuilding for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, which will be held in the United States and the West Indies in June/July 2024.
