In a statement on social media platform X, Ahmad Shahzad said that he wants to play domestic cricket in Pakistan and will keep trying to return to the Pakistan team.

Ahmad Shahzad further said that thanks to PCB for giving me the NOC to play in T-10 and also to the Bangla Tigers for allowing me to play.
