WhatsApp is finally getting ready to allow its users to chat with the same account on multiple devices.
Presently, it only allows its users to use only one device to signed-up into an account. If a user tries to sign in his Whatsapp account on a new smartphone, the older one would disconnect automatically.
There have been many speculations about when this multi-devices upgrade will arrive. According to the latest reports from WABetaInfo, we will be unleashing the latest feature in the coming few months.
From now on WhatsApp is internally starting some important tests for the multi device feature.

The feature of using the app on different devices is something its users have been wanting for years.
There is still no information on how this update will work but this could mean that WhatsApp is also ready to launch a dedicated iPad app.
Currently, the only way to use WhatsApp on your iPad is to run the chat service on your browser in conjunction with an iPhone. Not that ideal.
According to WABetaInfo, a future version of WhatsApp will give each user a “device list” that will show every phone or tablet synced with a particular WhatsApp account.
