Vivo X80 Pro is the company’s top-of-the-line Android flagship smartphone for 2022.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, 80W fast charging, and a Zeiss-tuned quad-camera array on the back are all included in the new Vivo flagship smartphone.

OnePlus 10 Pro is another smartphone that comes close in terms of hardware. Despite the significant price gap, both Android smartphones appear to have a lot of promise, at least on paper.

To help you decide between the OnePlus 10 Pro and the Vivo X80 Pro, we’ve put together a comparison chart.

Design

Both the X80 Pro and OnePlus 10 Pro are made of glass. Camera module on OnePlus 10 Pro is square and merges into the metal frame on the side. It sports a triple-camera system and the Hasselblad logo.

X80 Pro, on the other hand, has a circular camera module atop a rectangular block that spans the entire top portion of the glass back.

Phone’s periscope camera is located in the camera block’s bottom left corner.

OnePlus 10 Pro is both thicker and heavier than the X80 Pro. It is 219 grams in weight and 9.11mm thick. In comparison, OnePlus 10 Pro weighs almost 200 grams and is 8.55mm thick.

Vivo X80 Pro is only available in Cosmic Black, while OnePlus 10 Pro is available in Emerald Green and Volcanic Black.

Display

Both phones feature a WQHD+ resolution 120Hz AMOLED display.

OnePlus 10 Pro features a 6.7-inch display with a hole-punch cutout in the top left corner, while X80 Pro has a bigger 6.78-inch display with a hole-punch cutout in the top center.

Displays on both phones are curved.

Processor

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC is 4nm in both phones.

OnePlus provides two different storage options. 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage are included in the base model.

A 12GB + 256GB storage option is also available. Vivo X80 Pro has only one storage option: 12GB + 256GB.

 Battery

Out of the box, both phones support 80W fast charging.

OnePlus 10 Pro features a larger 5000 mAh battery than the X80 Pro, which only has 4700 mAh. The devices also have 50W wireless charging capabilities.

Both devices come pre-installed with Android 12. On top of Android, OnePlus 10 Pro runs Oxygen OS 12, while Vivo X80 Pro runs Funtouch OS 12.

 Camera

Both firms worked with renowned camera manufacturers to fine-tune their camera technology and colors.

X80 Pro features Zeiss-tuned colors as well as t* coating. On the back, there are four cameras. The phone’s main camera is a 50MP Samsung GN5 with an f/1.57 aperture.

A 48MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture is also included. A 12MP portrait camera and an 8MP periscope camera are also included on the phone. This one has a 5x optical zoom.

On the other hand, the OnePlus 10 Pro includes Hasselblad-tuned camera hardware. On the back, there’s a triple-camera arrangement with a 50MP Sony IMX789 f/1.8 primary camera sensor.

A 50MP ultrawide camera with a 150-degree field of view is included. Finally, OnePlus 10 Pro has an 8MP telephoto camera with an aperture of f/2.4.
