Google releases Android 13’s third build, beta 3.3. This month’s Beta 3 had several significant flaws that required not one; not two, but three builds to fix.

The conflict that was happening between the launcher and keyboard; in Beta 3 was a problem. Another problem that was noticed was the UI crashing; when the “back” swipe gesture was used. Such problems ruined the entire beta experience. The Beta 3.3’s primary goal is bug fixing; no new features are included in it.

Furthermore, the Google Pixel smartphone was experiencing problems; due to beta 3. The Pixel has trouble establishing a connection; to well-known Wi-Fi networks. The gadget would also occasionally freeze when plugged in; and it would only unfreeze or stop freezing after a reboot. Along with other adjustments, the third release includes an improvement; for “Connectivity Thermal Power Management” because it was also experiencing issues with inconsistent performance; and short battery life.

The release of several builds is necessary; to reach the “Platform Stability” milestone; because the Android timetable lists the Beta 3 as the “Platform Stability” milestone. The app developers must start concluding the compatibility tests; for apps, SDKs, and libraries after this build; which is the last component.

The Beta 3.3 update will soon be available for Pixel smartphones; that can run Beta 3. Once the update is available, Pixel users should upgrade their smartphones; to prevent problems.
