Xiaomi Poco C40 to launch in June

An official-looking banner for a new Poco C40 phone’s online debut recently leaked online. The new model will be presented on June 16, according to it.

The Poco C40 isn’t mentioned in many speculations yet, but it does have one important leak. It will be released in June. It says, it’s a rebranded Xiaomi Redmi 10C, sharing most of the same features as the Redmi 10. A comparison of the three is provided.

Despite their similar appearances on the outside, the phones have minor variances. It is believed that Poco C40 should be built on the Redmi 10. This is likely the superior choice of the two due to its larger 6,000 mAh battery.

Aside from that, it is anticipated it will have a 6.7-inch basic HD+, 60Hz LCD display with a teardrop notch for a 5MP selfie camera on the Poco C40. A 50MP, f/1.8 main camera and a 5MP depth sensor make up the rest of its claimed camera package.

The Poco C40’s internals are expected to have the Snapdragon 680 4G CPU, 3GB to 4GB of RAM. Moreover, up to 64GB of expandable UFS2.2 storage. Dual SIM compatibility, a 3.5mm connector, an IR blaster, FM radio, a rear-mounted fingerprint reader, Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Furthermore, an NFC on some markets are among the other rumored specifications.

There’s no word on pricing yet, but it’s evident that this is a low-cost device. A pricing of approximately EUR 100 is expected. The price is based on the Xiaomi Redmi 10C’s current price of roughly EUR 150. Particularly for the Poco C40’s base model, which has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
