Whatsapp has offered beta users with the ability to conceal their online status.
Users of the WhatsApp instant messaging app for Android who participate in the Google Play Beta Program will soon have access to a new upgrade that will raise the app’s version number to 2.22.16.12 once it is released.
The WhatsApp tracker stated in a report that the messaging app has provided beta users with the capability to conceal their online status, but that the option would be rolled out to all other users in an upcoming update. This statement was made in reference to the fact that beta users have been given access to the feature. The adjustment is going to take place in the not too distant future.
The current privacy settings are going to get an addition from the programme so that they can accommodate the new component. Users have the opportunity to adjust the WhatsApp status “Last Seen” setting to whatever they deem appropriate by going to the “Last Seen” option in that setting.
“Users are unable to use this feature at this time due to the fact that it is still in the process of being developed and is thus not ready. On the other hand, we have reason to be thankful since WhatsApp is hard at work developing this functionality for future versions “According to the their website.
