Samsung Galaxy S23 will resemble S22, but with wider bezels
- Samsung Galaxy S22 series may be improved.
- The latest Samsung 6.1″ smartphone may have a slightly bigger frame.
- Samsung Galaxy S22’s expanded camera housing will be included in the S23.
With each new S and Note lines, Samsung has long been at the forefront of smartphone design. Since the release of the Z Fold and Z Flip, Samsung’s innovation has stopped. Instead of developing new designs every year, as Apple does, it seems that Samsung prefers to improve the ones it already has.
The already ideal frame from the Samsung Galaxy S22 series may be improved upon and used again for the future Samsung Galaxy S23 lineup. Since they already done it with their most recent foldable pair, the Flip 4 and the Fold 4 copies of the original Flip 3 & Fold 3, it won’t be a surprise.
Recently, measurements and screen specifications for the Galaxy S23 lineup were revealed, coupled with clues that the exteriors would be the same as those of the S22. The recently tweeted revelation regarding the base S23 supports the earlier hypotheses.
The latest Samsung 6.1″ smartphone may have a slightly bigger frame and screen than the S22, which would result in thicker bezels, according to renowned Samsung leaker Ice Universe. The image that was posted shows that each of the four bezels has been resized by 0.15mm. Despite how slight the difference may be, it represents a decline in quality.
According to rumors, the Samsung Galaxy S22’s expanded camera housing will also be included in the S23. Additionally, the 6.1-inch display will have FHD+ (2430 x 1080p) quality. In comparison to S22’s size of 146 x 70.6 x 7.6mm, the frame’s measurements are likely to be 146.3 x 70.9 x 7.6mm. Samsung also intends to completely omit the Exynos variations.
