Samsung Galaxy M04
Samsung has confirmed the Amazon-leaked Galaxy M04. It’s one of the year’s cheapest iPhones. Nobody knows if it’ll arrive to Pakistan, possibly under a new name.
The Samsung Galaxy M04 has a 6.5-inch LCD screen with 720p resolution and a refresh rate of only 60 Hz. It has a waterdrop-shaped cutout for the front-facing camera and a thick bezel at the bottom, which is how most cheap phones look.
The Galaxy M04 is powered by Mediatek’s Helio P35 SoC. It can have either 64 GB or 128 GB of storage. You get 4 GB of RAM, but the RAM Plus feature lets you add up to 8 GB more.
Samsung says that the Galaxy M04 will get security updates for four years and “two OS upgrades” during that time. Since it comes with Android 12 out of the box, it should go up to Android 14 as per Samsung’s promises.
The Galaxy M04 has three cameras: a 13MP main camera and a 2MP depth camera on the back, as well as a 5MP selfie camera on the front. You can also record in 1080p at 30 frames per second, and there are AI features here and there.
Battery and Pricing
In India, the Samsung Galaxy M04 starts at just $105, and it will come in Sea Glass Green and Shadow Blue colours.
