Xiaomi Buds 4 TWS Earbuds, LHDC 5.0, 30-Hour Playback Time. Xiaomi Buds 4 were released alongside the Xiaomi 13 series. The latest truly wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds debuted as the successors to last year’s Xiaomi Buds 3, along with a few improvements. They have dual magnetic drivers and adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC) with Hi-Fi audio. The earbuds feature Bluetooth v5.3 connectivity as well as LHDC 5.0 and Hi-Res Audio. The Xiaomi Buds 4 are sweat and water-resistant, with an IP54 rating. Xiaomi claims that its new TWS earphones when combined with the charging case, can provide up to 30 hours of playback time.

The recently released Xiaomi Buds 4 cost CNY 699. (roughly Rs. 8,200/-). They are now available for purchase in China in the colours Field Green, Moon Shadow, and Salt Lake White.

The business has yet to release details on the debut of the Xiaomi Buds 4 in global markets, including India.

Xiaomi Buds 4 specifications

The Xiaomi Buds 4 are powered by the company’s unique graphene dual-magnetic dynamic drivers, which include dynamic adaptive EQ correction for improved sound production. The in-ear earphones have adaptive ANC, which is said to reduce 32.4km/h wind noise. They also have three AI-powered microphones.

The Xiaomi Buds 4 earphones feature spatial audio and Type-C charging. The earphones include an IP54-rated dust- and water-resistant housing and an ergonomic design to promote comfort during extended use.

The new Xiaomi Buds 4 support Bluetooth v5.3 and have a maximum operational distance of 10 metres. The earbuds are said to be the first to support the new LHDC 5.0 codec, which has a sampling rate of up to 192kHz. They also support the Bluetooth codecs AAC and SBC. The earphones are also certified for Hi-Res audio.

Xiaomi’s latest TWS earphones are touted to last up to six hours on a single charge. The earbuds come with an oval-shaped charging case, and the pair is touted to provide up to 30 hours of gameplay. Furthermore, they are said to provide 2.5 hours of playback duration on a single 10-minute charge.

Each earbud contains a 35mAh battery, while the charging case contains a 480mAh battery. The included USB Type-C cable can be used to charge the case.

With the case, the Xiaomi Buds 4 dimensions 50.90×58.09×26.98mm. The earphones are 18.62×30.68x 19.70mm in size. Each earbud weighs 4.4 grammes, while the earbuds and charging case together weighs 37.65 grammes.
