Xiaomi will make the 13 Series official in China On December 11. The Pro model will come in a cool shade of green and have a new camera design. It will also finally have an official IP rating, which was previously only available on its Ultra phones. This was confirmed by the official Weibo account for Xiaomi.

The camera is made to be able to take pictures in many different places. It will also have a mode for taking photos in space, which is something that the last generation of Xiaomi flagships didn’t have.

Before electronics can legally be called “ingress protected,” the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) must certify their IP ratings (IP). Xiaomi’s cheap phones are the only ones that have the official IP53 rating. This means that water sprays and only light dust won’t hurt the phone.

The current top-of-the-line flagship phone from Xiaomi is the 12S Ultra. Like its predecessor, it has IP68 protection. The fact that the Xiaomi 13 Pro has an IP68 rating means that it will be able to handle even harsher conditions.

Wilderness Green is the name of the colour that stands out on the Xiaomi 13 Pro. It will be sold in a limited-edition bundle with a smartwatch and the Buds 4 Pro. The smartwatch could be a new version of the Watch S2. Both of the wearables will come in the same cool colour scheme. To finish off the green theme, there is also a big protective case with a wrist strap.

Remember that the launch date of December 11 is only for China. Before the phone gets to Pakistan, it will likely be released around the world in the next few months.
