Vivo Y16
The chain is now shifting its focus to introduce the Vivo Y16 in the local market after the Vivo V25 series was released in Pakistan. The device is entry-level and offers great value for the money. An internal source noted that Y16 will enter our market this month, most likely around January 20. The launch is rapidly approaching. What to expect from this device is as follows:
The Vivo Y16 has a slab-like form and comes in two frosted colors: Drizzling Gold and Stellar Black. The sides of the device have vertical edges. Both hues are enhanced by the shiny coating around the camera plates. Two camera silos emerge directly from the shell with little protrusion (no camera island).
The Vivo Y16 has a sizable 6.51-inch IPS panel with a v-notch that blends into the screen for its display. With 270 PPI on a 720p resolution, the bezels give the new phone an 82% screen-to-body ratio. The screen edges are rounded off by the 2.5D glass.
The key specifications include the Vivo Y16 with 4GB + 64GB memory and a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC operating at 2.3GHz maximum frequency. Up to 4GB of additional virtual memory from the storage will be made available. The new Vivo 4G phone features a side-facing biometric and an Android 12 experience right out of the box.
This phone’s camera issue is bad. It has a standard 5MP sensor with an f/2.2 aperture for self-portraits, a 13 MP sensor with an f/2.2 aperture for wide photos on the back, and an additional 2 MP macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture for macro shots.
The Vivo Y16 captures 1080p videos at 30FPS. It has a 5000mAh battery hidden within and recharges with a 10W socket. It is anticipated to cost roughly 44,000 PKR in Pakistan.
