Tecno Spark 10 Pro Unvieled with a 90Hz display & Helio G88 Chip

• Tecno has just introduced the Spark 10 Pro, an improved version of last year’s Spark 9 Pro.
• The new model includes a larger 6.8″ IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate and 1,080 x 2,460 pixels.
• The Spark 10 Pro also includes a glass back, which is generally reserved for premium models.

Tecno has just introduced the Spark 10 Pro, an improved version of last year’s Spark 9 Pro. The new model includes a larger 6.8″ IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate, compared to the earlier model’s 6.6″ 60Hz (both have 1,080 x 2,460 pixels, or 20.5:9). The 10 Pro also includes a glass rear for the first time on a Spark, which is generally reserved for premium models like the Phantom.

Aside from the display, the new Tecno Spark 10 Pro features a slightly improved chipset, the Helio G88 (up from the G85, which couldn’t support FHD+ at 90 Hz screens). Tecno loaded it up with 8GB of RAM (with up to 8GB of virtual RAM) and 256GB of built-in storage. The display and chipset are similar to the Camon 18, except the memory capacity is only half as large at 4/128GB in the base configuration. By the way, the Spark has a dedicated microSD slot.

The Spark also includes a more advanced front-facing camera, a 32-megapixel device with an integrated flash (the same as on the older Spark 9 Pro, but better than the 16-megapixel unit on the Camon). The back camera features a 50MP main sensor with Super Night mode and 3D LUTs for instantly adjusting the style of your photographs, as well as an undisclosed assist (a depth sensor, most likely).

The Spark 10 Pro, like its brothers, has a 5,000 mAh battery and supports 18 W charging via the USB-C connector with the included cable and adapter.

Because of the 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom, this is a dual-SIM 4G phone with NFC and an FM radio. The power button on the side contains a fingerprint reader.
