Oppo Reno 13 Pro specifications revealed ahead of launch
Oppo is reportedly gearing up to launch its much-anticipated Reno 13 series, and tech enthusiasts are abuzz with rumors surrounding the upcoming devices. According to well-known analyst Digital Chat Station, the Reno 13 Pro is expected to be a strong player in the mid-range segment, offering advanced features at a competitive price point.
The Reno 13 Pro is rumored to feature a 6.78-inch quad-curved OLED display with a resolution of 2780×1264 pixels, creating a sleek, curved design that ensures smooth edges all around. This could provide a visually appealing and immersive viewing experience.
For photography enthusiasts, the Reno 13 Pro is expected to come equipped with a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, offering 3x optical zoom, which would enhance photo quality, particularly in zoomed shots.
In terms of battery, leaks suggest the device may house a 5,900mAh battery, supported by 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, making it highly efficient for fast charging. Additionally, the Reno 13 Pro is rumored to offer dust and water resistance, making it a durable option for users.
Digital Chat Station also hinted that the Reno 13 Pro will feature MediaTek’s powerful Dimensity 9300 chipset. Another exciting feature could be magnetic wireless charging, facilitated through a special protective case.
For context, the Reno 12 Pro, released earlier, had a 6.70-inch AMOLED display, a triple 50MP camera system, and MediaTek’s Dimensity 9200 chipset. It also supported up to 16GB of RAM and a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
However, all these details regarding the Reno 13 Pro are speculative, as Oppo has yet to confirm any official specifications. Fans will have to wait for the official launch for verified details.
