Google lists Esra Bilgic as Yasir Hussain’s mother

What more left to see in 2020? Google has listed Turkish actress Esra Bilgic aka Halime Sultan as Yasir Hussain’s mother.

Turkish series Dirilis: Ertugrul gained much popularity in Pakistan. Leading actors, including Esra Bilgic, were being hired as new faces for various brands. However, this seems to be difficult for Yasir Hussain to bear.

‘Jhooti’ actor has several times criticized Turkish actors getting popularity in Pakistan. A fierce online debate was started as several Pakistani stars, including Anoushey Ashraf, had opposed him.

Yasir kept claiming that Pakistani brands should hire local artists instead of hiring foreign stars. He also did not like Turkish series being aired on state TV channels.

He had said, “Landy k kapray aur Turkey k dramay, dono hee local industry ko tabah kardein gay.”

Google seems to have taken the debate seriously. When you search Yasir Hussain on Google, you will see Yasir’s name as his mother.
