Heartbreaking video: Mother deer dies while rescuing her baby from crocodile attack

A deer is seen swimming across a river when a crocodile spots the prey in the now-viral footage. It dashes at the deer in an attempt to grab it. When the mother deer notices the approaching danger, she steps in to defend her kid. The mother, rather than the fawn, become the crocodile’s victim.
