Hasna Zaroori Hai is a Twitter page that posted the now-viral video. The ambulance carrying a woman’s probably deceased body enters the scene at the start of the footage. A woman is then seen lying still by a highway with blood flowing from her neck. When the protagonist of the serial and the other characters are confused, a woman with an artificial face mask appears and puts it on the face of a woman who is laying on the road. Suddenly, Roja’s face appears in place of the woman’s. It’s unclear whether the filmmakers are showing plastic surgery or synthetic makeup. Additionally, the caption for the video read, “Plastic surgery on the road.”
