Monkeys have expressed an interest in smartphones on a few occasions. Now, a humorous video of a monkey doing home duties like humans is going viral.

While the original video was posted several years ago, it has lately reappeared to thrill netizens once more. In the video, the monkey appears to be impersonating a washerman (dhobhi) as he washes clothes. The monkey is sitting in a sink of soapy water, cleaning his clothes. He is seen slamming his garments on the ground, precisely like a dhobhi.

The monkey then thoroughly cleans the clothing with a brush before stirring them in the water. The image is amusing because it is unusual to witness a monkey so involved in washing clothes.
