Steve Kerr is a prominent figure in the world of basketball, known for his remarkable career both as a player and a coach. Born on September 27, 1965, in Beirut, Lebanon, Kerr grew up in a family with a strong academic background, which eventually led him to the University of Arizona, where he played college basketball.
His professional career took off when he was drafted by the Phoenix Suns in the second round of the 1988 NBA Draft.
