Rain wind-thunderstorm is expected in Islamabad, Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Northeast Balochistan, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan on Tuesday (today). Hot and dry weather is expected elsewhere in the country.

According to the met department, a westerly wave is present over upper parts of the country. Moist currents from Arabian sea are reaching central and southern parts of the country.

Karachi receives a hot temperature today. The maximum temperature recorded today was 35 degrees Celsius whereas humidity was 59 percent. Temperature can remain from 35 to 37 degrees Celsius till the next two days.

Rain wind-thunderstorm occurred in districts of Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir. Hot and dry weather prevailed in other parts of the country on Wednesday (tomorrow).
