A teen has been arrested for allegedly threatening students at Uvalde High School

• A 17-year-old boy was arrested for making threats on social media platform Snapchat.
• Threat messages included the image of a toy gun, police said.
• Arrest comes just two weeks after 19 school children; and two adults were killed in one of the worst mass shooting incidents.

The arrest comes barely two weeks after a horrific shooting; in which 19 schoolchildren and two adults were slain in one of the country’s worst mass shootings.
On Wednesday, a 17-year-old kid was detained for making threats; against current and past students at Uvalde High School in Texas; the United States, on the social media platform Snapchat.

He has been charged with false alarm or emergency; and faces a sentence of 180 days to two years in prison. A fine of up to $10,000 could be imposed on the student.
According to the site, the 17-year-parents old’s alerted Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District chief Pete Arredondo.
The boy indicated in the Snapchat conversations; he said that “he was going to end those who hurt him,” according to the police.
