Activists will protest the G7 Summit in Germany, Garmisch-Partenkirchen. On June 26, protests against the G7 Summit; which is taking place nearby and is around 80 kilometres (50 miles) southwest of Munich; are to take place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Thousands of activists will attend the march, through the town centre; The march which will begin at 13:00 at the train station; where participants will congregate.

To facilitate the summit, authorities have implemented stringent security measures throughout Garmisch-Partenkirchen; including movement restrictions.
Localized commercial and transportation interruptions will occur in Garmisch-Partenkirchen; as a result of the demonstration and heightened security measures.
