In May, Elon Musk expressed his concern over the United States’ falling birth rate on Twitter. He wrote on Twitter, “Contrary to popular belief, the wealthier a person is, the fewer children they have. I am one of the few exceptions.”
Elon Musk, the tech billionaire who is no stranger to causing a stir on the Internet with his remarks; is at it again. After initially raising worries about the United States’ dropping birth rate on social media; SpaceX creator Elon Musk has returned to the thread to give a humble brag.

“I mean, I’m doing my part, lol,” Mr Musk remarked in response to his own post; on the “demographic crisis” in the United States’ birth rate.
The software billionaire began his response to the US birth rate by presenting a graph of women’s fertility rates. According to the graph, the fertility rate has decreased from 3.5 in 1960 to less than 1.5 in 2020. A woman’s fertility rate determines how many children she will have.
