Texas shooting: Laws are needed to ensure this never happens again

Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia of Buffalo, New York, is currently testifying.

“This radicalized 18-year-old adult should never have had access to the weapons he used… legislation must be implemented to ensure this does not happen again.” He talks regarding Texas shooting.

“It is time to make reforms to a system that leaves blood on our towns’ sidewalks every day,” he continues.

He then goes on to identify improvements that may be implemented without jeopardizing people’s constitutional rights, which he had previously advocated to legislators.
