The campaign is titled “Reset and Recharge break,” and the firm Meesho requests that employees “totally disconnect from work” in order to focus on their mental health.

The announcement was made via Twitter, where the founder and CTO emphasized the need for a work-life balance.

Sanjeev Barnwal, the company’s founder and chief technology officer, made the statement on Twitter, emphasizing the importance of work-life balance to mental health.

The days off begin on October 22 and end on November 1.

The company had previously revealed a working model in which employees may receive unlimited mental health absences, 30 weeks of gender-neutral parental leave, and 30 days of gender reassignment leave.
