Pure evil builder gets life sentence for murdering two women
A builder who was characterized as “pure evil” and who killed two women he met on an escort website has been imprisoned.
Leah Ware and Alexandra Morgan went missing six months apart in 2021, and their deaths were committed by Mark Brown, 41, of St Leonards, East Sussex.
Ms. Morgan was murdered by Brown, who kept quiet about what happened to Ms. Ware, and her body was burned in an old oil drum.
He was sentenced to life in prison by Judge Mr. Justice Nicholas Hilliard, with a minimum term of 49 years.
Brown declined to appear in court, so the judge handed out the punishment in his absence.
Judge Hillard stated he was considering giving Brown a life sentence after Brown was found guilty of killing the two ladies in December.
The judge had already informed the court that he would take into consideration Brown’s desire to confirm what he had done with Ms. Ware’s body before imposing a sentence.
