Strong earthquake hits Islamabad, other cities
ISLAMABAD: Earthquake tremors were felt in various cities of the country, including Islamabad, Punjab, and cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Earthquake tremors were also felt in Kohat, Sargodha, Abbottabad, and other cities. Earthquake tremors were also felt in Khushab and Charsadda.
Similarly, earthquake tremors were also felt in Dera Ismail Khan, Bannu, Hangu, Diamer, Parachinar, Mandi Bahauddin, Bhakkar, Nowshera, Muzaffarabad, Neelum Valley Azad Kashmir, earthquake tremors were also felt in Sheikhupura, Pakpattan and Gujranwala.
The seismological center said the magnitude of the earthquake was recorded as 6.0, the epicenter of which was the Hindukush Region in Afghanistan at a depth of 213 km.
Due to the earthquake, a large number of people came out of their homes and offices, but no loss of life or property has been reported yet.
