The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) in Abu Dhabi, under the Department of Municipalities and Transport, has introduced a new “easy payment” service.
This service allows individuals to settle fines in installments, starting with credit card holders from First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and Emirates Islamic. Future plans include expanding this service to more banks by the first half of 2024.

The facility covers various fines, including those for parking, traffic violations, and Darb tolls, with a minimum total value of Dh3000. Customers can access this service at TAMM and Customer Happiness Centres, choosing installment plans of three, six, nine, or twelve months without interest.
The ITC’s goal is to enhance payment convenience, elevate customer satisfaction, and contribute to Abu Dhabi’s growth as a leading city for living and investment.
