Hasan Ali Hopes for a Good Start for Pakistan in ICC WTC

Pakistan’s fast pacer Hasan Ali hopes Pakistan to make a fresh start in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC), as Baber’s men take on West Indies in their first test scheduled from August 12.

During the virtual conference from Georgetown, Guyana, Hasan expressed his disappointment for not being the part of T20 squad against the West Indies.

He said that he is looking forward to proving his abilities in the upcoming two-match Test series which starts next week.

“We are looking forward to the Test series. I will try to carry my form forward as my previous series with the red ball was also a good one,” he said.

When he was asked about the performance of the bowlers not up to the mark in recent matches, he replied that the players have performed well in the past.
