Muniba Mazari wishes everyone a happy Eid Mubarak 

Muniba Mazari is a Pakistani activist, broadcaster, philanthropist, model, singer, and motivational speaker known as the “Iron Lady of Pakistan.” She is the first wheelchair-bound Pakistani model or anchor. Muniba and her ex-husband were involved in an accident shortly after their marriage.

She suffered a number of injuries as a result of which her entire lower body was paralysed. Muniba was finally able to utilise a wheelchair after years of treatment. She is also a painter, as seen by her stunning canvas paintings. After four years since the catastrophe, she has adopted her son Nael.

Muniba was named UN Women Pakistan’s National Ambassador after being included in the BBC’s list of the 100 Most Inspiring Women of 2015.
