After filming Enola Holmes 2, the popular Netflix series’ fifth and last season, the 18-year-old Stranger Things star discussed her “deep-rooted trepidation” of returning during a Q&A session at the sequel’s New York City premiere this week.

According to Today, she revealed that her main character, Enola Holmes 2, who is the younger sister of renowned fictional detective Sherlock Holmes (Henry Cavill), frequently breaches the fourth wall and converses with the audience, comparing it to “vlogging on YouTube all day long.”

“While filming, I had a dream that I was on the set of Stranger Things, and I couldn’t stop looking at the camera,” Brown explained. “And now, I have this deep-rooted fear that now I will never stop looking at the camera. So now, I’m so obsessed with it.”

The COVID-19 epidemic delayed season 4, giving the Brothers Matt and Ross Duffer, the show’s creators, plenty of time to plan the series’ climactic episodes. As a result, they previously stated that the wait for season 5 “should be quite a little shorter.” Netflix has stated that Season 5 will start filming in 2023.
