Wednesday has only been available for two weeks, but viewers can’t get enough of Tim Burton’s take on the Addams Family’s only daughter. Netflix released a lighthearted video of Wednesday’s cast having fun together even after the cameras stopped recording.

With 341.2 million hours of views in its first week, the show has surpassed Stranger Things as the most watched English-language series in a week. This has thrust Jenna Ortega, who plays Wednesday Addams, and the rest of the series’ cast into the spotlight.

The cast cheerfully discussed a couple of behind-the-scenes photos on set in a new video. Joy Sunday, who plays Bianca Barclay, was the first to share her BTS with a chuckle. Sunday featured a bloodied Emma Myers (Enid Sinclair) in the foreground with herself.

She stated that she attempted to capture the look before the makeup effects were ruined by filming what is likely the season’s final episode. While Bianca is initially portrayed as a villain in Wednesday’s story, there is room for improvement in their relationship.

Myers is the next to share a behind-the-scenes photo, this time of herself and Ortega wearing ski masks for a short film made by Percy Hynes White (Xavier Thorpe) in lieu of a wrap party.

They pretended to be robbers and filmed the video in front of an abandoned building in Romania, where they were chased away by a security guard. Myers plays Wednesday’s roommate and best friend in the Netflix show. She is the polar opposite of the main character, bright and colourful. She, too, is a werewolf from San Francisco.

The video then shows White discussing how some of the cast decided to stay up until sunrise and jump into their hotel’s ice-cold pool in Romania.

Hunter Doohan, who plays Tyler Galpin, the son of Sheriff Donovan Galpin, Johanna Dias-Watson, who plays Divina from a rival clique on the show, Georgie Farmer, who plays Ajax Petropolis, Enid Sinclair’s boyfriend, Oliver Watson, who plays siren student Kent, Sunday, Ortega, and himself were all in the selfie.

Doohan, who was chained to a chair while Ortega took directions for a scene, was the last to share his BTS.

Wednesday also stars Catherine Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams), Christina Ricci (Miss Thornhill), Gwendoline Christie (Principal Larissa Weems), Luis Guzmán (Gomez Addams), and Fred Armisen, in addition to the young cast (Uncle Fester).

Wednesday’s first eight episodes are now available on Netflix.
