Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has submitted details of its accounts with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
While talking to media in the federal capital Islamabad on Tuesday, he said it is now time for the Pakistan Peoples Party PPP and the Pakistan Muslim League PML (N) to submit details of their accounts with the commission.
The last hearing scheduled for March 19 but was canceled due to the lockdown. The ECP’s scrutiny committee, formed in March 2018 to audit the PTI’s accounts for the 2009-13 period initially mandated to complete the scrutiny of PTI accounts in one month. Later the timeframe extended indefinitely.
