Molly Ringwald will guest star with Ally Sheedy in an upcoming episode of Freeform’s Single Drunk Female for season 2, according to Entertainment Weekly.

“It seems like I’m with a member of my family when I’m on set with Ally Sheedy. We have so much history that speaking is hardly necessary “54-year-old Ringwald told the news. “The difficulty is holding back the tears! One of the highlights of my year was getting to work on set with her once more.”

The couple dropped a hint about their plans earlier this month when they got together for dinner at Cafe Luxembourg in Manhattan’s Upper West Side neighborhood. With the caption “Early Christmas present-dinner with my psychic sister Ally,” Ringwald uploaded a snapshot of the meeting.

Sheedy acknowledged earlier this year to a source that the film continues to occupy a particular place in her heart. “I enjoy talking about The Breakfast Club at any time. I still adore it so much! “As she spoke,
