Will Smith finally address rumours regarding his relationship with wife Jada Pinkett Smith

Will Smith has stated that there has “never been adultery” in his marriage and that nothing that has occurred in his relationship with Jada Pinkett Smith has surprised him.

According to a UK tabloid, the ‘King Richard’ star’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, spoke in 2020 about her “entanglement” with singer August Alsina. But the 53-year-old actor maintained nothing in their relationship has come as a surprise.

He stated, ” “In our marriage, there has never been any adultery. Jada and I talk about everything, and we’ve never done anything to surprise each other.”

Smith doesn’t mind if others wonder about his marriage; in fact, he encourages it in the hopes of sparking serious discussion.

Will told Gayle King: “I’ve decided that talking about my life might be beneficial to others. Chatter is the first step toward having a genuine dialogue and determining whether the things in your heart are loving or harmful.”

The actor also admitted in September that his wife wasn’t “the only one indulging in other sexual activities” outside of their marriage. However, he declined to go into depth, owing to a shift in his mentality in recent years.

“It may seem hard to believe, but I would lose sleep if I didn’t give you the answer I know you could need,” he explained. I want to assist you, I want you to be successful, and I want you to have a catchphrase.

“On the other hand, I don’t want to deal with the world’s reaction to that.” It would have been f****** awful for me three years ago to say I don’t want to talk about that.”

Smith claims that the 50-year-old actress “never believed in conventional marriage,” so they took their time working out their relationship boundaries.

“Jada never believed in traditional marriage,” he stated. Jada had relatives with whom she had an unusual bond.”

“As a result, she grew up in a totally different way than I did. There were lengthy debates regarding what constitutes relational excellence. What is the ideal manner for a couple to interact? And we chose monogamy for the majority of our relationship. Rather than thinking of it as the only form of marital perfection.”

The actor however admitted that their strategy isn’t for everyone.

“And I don’t recommend our path to anyone. This is not a path I recommend to anyone. But the experiences that we’ve shared, the freedoms that we’ve given each other, and the unwavering support that we’ve given each other, to me, is the ultimate definition of love.”
