MG Launches Locally Assembled Plug-in Hybrid in Pakistan

MG Motor has reached a significant milestone with the introduction of its locally assembled MG HS PHEV, TRUE HYBRID ELECTRIC, marking the debut of Pakistan’s first-ever Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV).

The launch event, led by Syed Asif Ahmed, General Manager – Marketing Division, emphasizes MG’s dedication to advancing automotive technology in Pakistan.

The MG HS PHEV perfectly combines cutting-edge engineering with an elegant design, setting a new standard for the local automotive industry. The vehicle, which embodies MG’s focus on New Energy Vehicles (NEVs), is part of the company’s strategy to bring innovative mobility solutions to Pakistan.

With a 52+ kilometer electric range, a 16.6 kWh battery, regenerative braking, and external charging capabilities, the MG HS PHEV provides a combined fuel mileage of up to 58.8KM/L, ensuring an efficient and seamless driving experience.
