The devastating news of Sushant Singh’s suicide has divided social media into two. As the actor’s family prepared for Sushant’s last rites at the Pawn Hans crematorium at Vile Parle, Mumbai, on the other hand, many Bollywood actors and filmmakers have asked for an inward investigation, questioning the role of Bollywood’s Media Mafia, 34-year-old actor’s suicide.
Bollywood’s Queen Kangana Ranaut, who has always been vocal about the Media Mafia, released a video on her social media account reiterating the same time. Kangana’s team shared the video and captioned it,
“It is important to give talent their due. And if celebrities are struggling with personal and mental health issues, the media should try and emphasize with them, rather than making it difficult for them!”
In the two-minute video, Kangana spoke about Sushant’s high achievements including Stanford scholarship and more. Ranaut slammed the blind culture as she revealed that she receives calls from people who tell her not to take any wrong steps in life.
Kangana also mentioned her own example, and how her films were also attacked. The Gangster star shared her stance on Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic demise and questioned why some stars don’t get due credit for their work.
