Provincial Industries and Trade Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal while talking with a delegation said that Pakistan and China enjoy cordial and deep relations since years and economic relations between the two countries have entered into a new era. He said that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is a game-changer and it is playing an important role in the progress of Pakistan. Punjab government is setting up Special Economic Zones on thousands of acres of land across the province and Chinese companies should make investments over there and we will extend every possible facilitation and cooperation in this regard, he added.

He further said that we have to bring Pakistan at 50th number with regard to providing ease for doing business in the next five years. Obstacles have been removed relating to investment and investors are being provided all facilities under one roof, he added. Mian Aslam Iqbal while talking with media representatives said that PTI government clinched votes in the name of change and Prime Minister Imran Khan talked in detail about Islamophobia while those who got votes in the name of Islam are doing nothing, he stressed. If such people come for protest along with weapons and sticks and try to cause damage to anything then law will immediately come into action.

Aslam Iqbal said that Modi Lobby in Pakistan through their nefarious deeds has put the Kashmir issue on the back burner and in order to divert attention from it, drama of Azadi March has been staged. Maulana wants to do politics over dead bodies but we will not allow him to succeed. Maulana has withdrawn from his demand for the resignation of Prime Minister. We love religion more than him and nobody can dare to tamper with Islamic sections contained in the Constitution of Pakistan. No one knows on whose agenda Maulana is working.

He further said that we knocked at every door for getting justice and when we were denied then we staged sit-in. now it is hard to believe on which agenda opposition is planning to stage sit-in. In reply to another question, Aslam Iqbal said that the country are been run through transparent taxation system and only those people are protesting who did not pay any tax up till now. Such people will also have to be brought into tax net. Matters are not settled by going on strikes and they are only resolved by adopting means of negotiations.
