Gold rate in Pakistan on Dec 18 up by Rs1,000 to Rs275,900/tola

LAHORE: Gold prices in Pakistan have continued to fluctuate, with the price of gold per tola increasing on the third business day of the week.

According to local Sarafa Associations and the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of one tola of gold rose by Rs 1,000, bringing the current rate to Rs 275,900. Meanwhile, the price of ten grams of gold saw an increase of Rs 858, reaching Rs 236,540.

On the other hand, one tola of silver has remained unchanged at Rs 3,400.

In the international market, the price of gold also saw a rise, increasing by $10, with gold now priced at $2,647 per ounce.
