The Pakistan Army invites applications for the Technical Cadet Course, offering aspiring candidates the opportunity to become commissioned officers in the Engineering Corps. Admission and Sponsorship

Selected candidates will gain admission to NUST colleges, sponsored by the Pakistan Army. Upon completing their four-year degrees, candidates will join the Pakistan Army as captains through Regular Commission.

Academic and Military Training

Candidates will pursue a 4-year engineering degree program, followed by one-year military training at PMA Kakul upon obtaining their Bachelor of Engineering Degree.

Engineering Disciplines and Institutions

Selected candidates will study engineering disciplines at various NUST colleges, including Civil Engineering, Electrical Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer System Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Aeronautical Engineering.

Educational Requirements

Candidates must have completed FSc (Pre Engineering) with a minimum of 65% marks or ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level with Equivalence Certificate. Those awaiting FSc Part-II results can apply on a “HOPE Certificate.”

Registration and Selection Procedure

Candidates can register online at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk. Alternatively, they can register at Army Selection and Recruitment Centres (AS&RCs). The registration process includes a preliminary test, and candidates must bring required documents and pay the prospectus fee on the test day.
