The nation remembers one of the legendary artists of Pakistan Kamal Rizvi on his fourth death anniversary.
Kamal Rizvi was born in India in 1930. He has worked as an actor and a director. In addition to this, he has also translated several English scripts into Urdu and has created children’s literature.
Kamal Rizvi is still remembered for his exceptional acting in ‘Alif Noon’. Apart from that, he worked in other theatres and television dramas including Mr. Shaitan, Aadhi baat, Bilaqi Bizaat, Badshahat ka Khatma, Khoya hua aadmi, Khuabo ke musafir, Sahab bibi Ghulam, Chor machaye shor, Julius Caeser, hum sab pagal hain, aap ka mukhlis and so on.
His performance with co-actor Nanha used to be considered special and people eagerly watch his dramas.
Kamal Rizvi has achieved much despite his illness. However, 85-year-old Kamal Rizvi had made a sudden appearance in literary events.
Kamal Rizvi had also worked as an editor in several renowned digests.
Kamal Rizvi was suffering from diabetes. However, he got a heart attack during his treatments on 17th December 2015. He could not survive and died.
